• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 8777brt will inform the account holder of the suspension by email or in-platform notification and will provide a reasonable timeframe within which the player may respond with clarifying information. Following investigation, the account will either be reinstated with full access, permanently closed, or subject to amended access conditions, at 8777brt's sole discretion.

Players who have been permanently excluded from 8777brt for Terms violations are not permitted to register a new account at any future time. Attempts to circumvent a permanent ban will be treated as fraudulent activity.

The 8777brt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the platform is available continuously and operates without error, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777brt and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from technical failures outside 8777brt's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking partners, or mobile wallet providers (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket).
